“If it’s meant to be, it will be.”
That’s the story of the two lovebirds, Dea and Patrick.
They first met back then in November 2015. Patrick was an exchange student from Germany and he was in Bali for five months while Dea is a local make-up artist. Three weeks before he left for Germany, fate brought them together. One fine day in Single Fin Bali, Patrick approached Dea and asked for a lighter which ended up in a conversations for hours.
They dated for three weeks when Patrick had to leave Bali and went back to his hometown. An eight months long distance relationship followed after, that was really challenging. “I pushed him many many times but here he is beside me as my husband.” beamed Dea. When Patrick popped the question and Dea said yes, LADÜ was the perfect place to celebrate it. It was love at the first sight for them and as their wedding concept is Rustic.

“We are two different people who compliment, and love each other well.” – Sadie.
Sadie & Brent first met 7 years ago in high school PE class. During that time, they were just acquaintances but eventually developed a friendship! They started dating 2 years after getting to know each other by going to the movies and getting ice cream. Being in one another’s company always brings them the most joy and small things matter the most – singing along in the car, sharing a home cooked meal or taking a hike together.
Sadie and Brent had so many late-night conversations about God, and it became the foundation of their relationship. encouraged them while keeping them grounded. After several months into their relationship, Sadie realised how much she loved Brent and her feeling had stuck and grew stronger each day! “There is truly no one else I would rather be with than him”- Sadie said.
Fun fact : Brent has a crazy amount of sports and movie knowledge with popcorn as his favourite food. Sadie purchased her first pony at age 5 and have had horses ever since. Together, they enjoy listening and singing along with movie soundtracks!

Throughout our journey in the wedding industry, we’ve realised that organising a wedding is a significant thing. We are grateful that our journey has turned our relationship from ‘vendors’ to friends and we are confident in referring them for your wedding day.

It was two years ago when technology and internet brought Maddy and Hendra together. All it took was a swipe to the right for them to seal the deal. They went on more than ten dates in just two weeks when they agreed to be in a relationship straight away. Short dating period may shock others but there were nothing more certain about, other than their feelings towards each other and how they were going to face the future together.
Hendra used to spend most of his time cycling before he met Maddy. She shares her love of food to him including Kobe, Truffle and etc. They are travel junkies and it’s their dream to retire overseas.
“Maddy always listen to me and care about me unlike no one ever has” – Hendra.
“Since Hendra is a very very very quiet guy and an extreme introvert, I feel that we are one when he opens up only to me” – Maddy.

Waking up to the cold with that warm cup of coffee in hand, staring at that layers of mountains on the horizon. Heads out of the slow driving car, and get our hair blown by the wind. As we headed to our destination, we made some brief stops at those amazing spots and started making art together. By the afternoon, we started preparing the table with a few bottles of wine and a steaming beef stew on the pan. Right on, we’ll be having that sip of whiskey with our eyes frozen on the bonfire to wrap up the night. That was a part of our favourite scenes in 2017. And 2018 will be even more adventurous! For this we are so grateful. To all couples, friends, vendors and the universe!
